What Uzoria keeps, what it never keeps, and how it is protected, in plain words. The Privacy Policy has the full detail.

Sanctuary keeps nothing

Your conversations here are never stored by Uzoria, never used to shape other spheres, and never seen by anyone at Uzoria. When you end a session, it is gone.

Nothing you say there is saved to your account or written to our logs. If something fails, the log says what failed, never what was said.
It knows your first name and nothing else about you: not your other spheres, your tasks or your calendar.
Your visit is not recorded. The app never reopens on it, and nothing on My Day mentions it.
We count that a session happened, with none of its words, so the daily limit works. The count is deleted after 2 days.
To answer you, each message is sent to our AI provider, which deletes it within 30 days. A message its safety systems flag can be kept for up to 2 years.
Because nothing is stored, there is nothing kept to protect, to lose or to hand over.

Everywhere else, you decide what is kept

Every place you type says what happens to it, right beside the box. Here they are together.

Ask: What you ask becomes a task, event or note only you can see. A paste, a link or a photo is read to answer you, not kept. Nothing is ever made public.
Academic Life: The tutor keeps your questions and answers so you can come back to them: from 18 unless you turn it off, from 16 only if you turn it on, and never under 16. A photo is never kept.
Founder: Questions are used only to answer you and are not saved. Anything you ask it to keep becomes a task, event or note only you can see.
Educator: Your topic and the draft are saved to your account, which only you can see. Nothing is ever made public.
AI Skills: What you type is used only to answer or check it, and is not saved. Never paste passwords or keys.
Health & Vitality: Questions are used only to answer you and are not saved. Anything you ask it to keep becomes a reminder, event or note only you can see.
Voyage: Questions are used only to answer you and are not saved. Trips, stops and reminders you ask it to keep are only yours to see.
Family Life: Questions are used only to answer you and are not saved. Your list, chores and events are yours alone; nothing is shared with anyone.
Investment Strategist: Questions are used only to answer you and are not saved. No figure you give is stored. Never share account numbers or passwords.
Writing Studio: What you write here is not saved unless you press Save to Your writing. Saved pieces are yours alone, until you delete them.

How it is protected

Only you can reach what you keep. Access is enforced by the database itself, so the content of one account cannot be read from another.
What you keep is stored encrypted, and sent over encrypted connections.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use what you create to train AI models.
Nothing you type is ever made public.

Age

Uzoria is for people 13 and older. Signup asks your age as a range, and only the range is kept, never a birthday. Under 16, nothing about how you learn is kept.

If someone is in danger

Every assistant in Uzoria follows the same steps when someone says they may be in danger: it stops what it was doing, stays with them, and gives the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) and 911. Nothing from that conversation is kept.
