Privacy Policy

Uzoria AI is a service of UKnow AI LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

Account information. Your email address, and your name and profile image if you sign in with a provider such as Google.

What you create. Tasks, events, notes, itineraries, saved places, and anything you type into the assistant or upload to it.

Preferences. Your city and time zone, so the assistant can be accurate about where and when you are. We store a postal code to make local results useful; we do not display it back to you.

Product analytics. Records of key steps — viewing the landing page, starting sign-in, choosing a sphere — so we can see where the product is failing people. These are tied to your account, or to a temporary identifier before you have one.

Why we collect it

To operate the service, to generate the responses you ask for, to keep your account secure, and to understand which parts of the product work. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use what you create to train AI models.

Who processes it

We use service providers to run Uzoria AI. Your account and content are stored with our database and authentication provider. When you use the assistant, the relevant part of your request is sent to our AI provider to generate a response. These providers process data on our instructions. Hosting and delivery run on our infrastructure provider’s network.

Children

Uzoria AI is not directed at children under 13, and creating an account requires confirming you are 13 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. A parent or guardian who believes their child has provided us information can contact us to have it removed.

Your choices

You can view and edit what you have created at any time. On your profile you can download everything we hold as a file, and you can delete your account yourself — no request, and no waiting. Deleting removes your content immediately and cannot be undone; some records may persist briefly in backups before they age out. We keep a record of which signup steps were taken, with nothing left in it that identifies you.

Security

Access to your data is enforced at the database level, so one account’s content is not reachable from another. No system is perfect; if a breach affects you, we will tell you.
