Uzoria AI is a service of UKnow AI LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Who may use Uzoria AI

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and you confirm that you are when you sign up. The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you may use Uzoria AI only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since signing in uses a link sent to that address or a connected sign-in provider. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access.

AI-generated content

Uzoria AI uses AI models to generate suggestions, summaries, explanations, and drafts. This output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. It is information, not professional advice — it is not legal, financial, medical, or mental-health advice, and it does not create a professional relationship of any kind. Verify anything that matters before you act on it, and consult a qualified professional where the stakes call for one.

Study tools are built to help you understand your own work. They will not complete graded exams, quizzes, or assignments for you. Using Uzoria AI in a way that violates your school’s academic integrity rules is your responsibility, not ours.

Your content

What you put into Uzoria AI — tasks, notes, events, uploads — stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you: storing your content, processing it to generate responses, and displaying it back to you. We do not sell it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Uzoria AI to break the law, to harm or harass others, to misrepresent AI output as professional advice to someone relying on it, to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or to interfere with the service’s operation.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as-is, without warranties. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. When we make a material change to these terms, we will update the date above and, where the change meaningfully affects you, tell you in the app.

Ending your use

You may stop using Uzoria AI at any time, and you can delete your account yourself from your profile. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone, so take a copy of your data first if you want one. We may suspend an account that violates these terms.
